Review Contest

• All contests where prizes for writing reviews for a movie are considered “Review Contest” henceforth.
• Users will receive $10 (Non India Residents) or Rs 500 (India Residents) for reviewing the movie.
• Winner will be selected on most number of likes a user gets on its review(comment).
• Comments to a comment will not be counted as a review.
• Review Contest Closes following thursday 11.59 pm from the relase date
• Review Contest is open to all people above 16 years of age.
• Winners will be notified by email on their Facebook Profile.
• mojotalkies. reserves the right to disqualify any contestant from the benefits of the contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified to be carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the contest.
• mojotalkies.com reserves the right to terminate or change dates of the contest with out citing any reasons or notifying in advance.
• mojotalkies.com reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this contest any other contest, whether similar to this contest or not or to withdraw it altogether.

• Incase of any disputes,mojotalkies.com decision will be final.
• Winner will be selected randomly on a lucky draw basis in case multiple users have tied for a winning position.

Movie Contest

• All contests where prizes for answering questions in the “Contests” section  for a movie are considered “Movie Contest” henceforth.
• Movie tickets will only be provided for movies running the following week that the contest ends.
• A week is considered to start on a Friday and ends on the consecutive Thursday.
• Movie tickets will only be given to prize winners from Mumbai.
• Prize winners who reside out of Mumbai where the prize is a movie ticket will be given a cash prize of Rs. 200.
• Prize winners who reside out of India  where the prize is a movie ticket will be given a cash prize of $15.
• If the prize is not a movie ticket all prize winners will receive the same prizes.
• Movie Contest is only open to people above 16 years of age.
• Winners will be notified by email/ phone number they submit.
